• Delivery on most goods is approx 4 working days from the date of cleared funds. 'Special order' items will take longer. For example, each rug ordered from our Modern or Classic Modern range over the standard size (acrylic 3.5m x 3m rugs) is classed as a special order item and is individually imported from Europe, otherwise rugs from these two categories can take from 5-10 working days as these do get delivered to us. Acrylic Modern rugs from Belgium will take a delivery time of 14 weeks, otherwise normal time of 2-4 weeks for these rugs. Please Contact us for further details if unsure as to your order.
