Whilst we try our hardest to ensure all images on our website are true representations of our rugs, we cannot be held responsible for technical configurations of your monitor or printer which may affect image quality.
Some rugs may not be as perfectly straight as one would think, as they are hand made and not machine made, tribal/nomadic rugs are more likely to be out-of-shape as they are not made in a town but are made from tribes in villages or landscapes.
Defective Items
We will be happy to exchange items that are defective. This only takes affect on certain rugs as some are very difficult to get and make, most likely it will be very costly. Please note, the customer should understand that handmade rugs will not be replaced, due to unluckiness of similarity or identicalness & custom made rugs cannot be returned.
Handling Complaints
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within two working days, so please be patient.
Our Location
